Tania Jeffs - Director

Eldest daughter to the famous hawaiian steel guitarist Bill Sevesi (the pioneer to ukulele playing at schools), Tania holds over 18 years experience in the Advertising, Marketing and Print Industries and dabbled a bit as a real estate agent in between. Tania's role as Director, covers all levels of Business Development, Production Management, Print Management, Graphic Design and General Administration.

She represented Tonga in Volleyball at the Pacific Games, Tahiti; North Harbour volleyball and coached kid's teams; Premiere League Softball & was coached by sports icon Gina Webber; Figureskating short dance programs and still very active in Kickboxing - motivation, determination and energy is not a problem with Tania. We think she gets it from her legendary dad!

Mark Nicol - Business Development

Mark has bought to X-Factor his dedication to helping people through his past career with the New Zealand Police. By serving in the Police for over ten years in various roles including those of Detective and Sergeant, Mark increased his understanding and ability to efficiently deal with people at all levels.

Mark has also been successfully working in real estate sales for well over 12 years and has continuously helped hundreds of people purchase and sell properties year after year. The number of awards and targets he has met shows his consistent level of professionalism and his key to success has been in caring for each and every person he has helped.
