X-Factor offers an independent account management service, whereby if you are a “one man band” and finding it difficult to cope with your own workload and looking after your own large clientbase (taking calls, emails, followups, generating more business, attending meetings with your clients, taking briefs from them) for a small fee we can do that for you in the interim.
Another way of explaining it, is that we are not employed by you, but a contractor to you. We do not own or have rights to your clients, but work alongside your business to manage all the above for you either on a short-term basis or ongoing. If you cannot afford to employ a full-time account manager that has all-round business, marketing, sales, production, print industry skills then you need to call us!
